This is a dynamic process and is ongoing. Readers, professional and patient members of NPC are encouraged to suggest revisions, new goals, new ideas and opinions. This is an organization to undue the unconscionable purposeful harms done to patients without their consent by “professionals” who abandoned 2500 years of medical ethics to do the work of a small number of governmental and private moral crusaders.

Create parameters for new “Medical Rescue Practices” for physicians and nurse practitioners to restore medications improperly discontinued without patient consent.

Develop an NPC-sponsored national registry of patients denied medical treatments without consent.

Return control for pain management to primary care providers through financial incentives and protections against unwarranted punitive actions.

Stop drug wholesaler’s (distributors) of controlled substances from rationing controlled substance deliveries to retail pharmacies unless designated in short supply by FDA

Sharpen Federal Drug Police role in assisting with the delivery of proper medical care for all those in the United States with painful conditions, while apprehending unlicensed opiate product sellers avoiding income taxes on the illegal sale of controlled substances.

Development of consensus painful disease treatment “Standards of Care” authored exclusively by licensed practitioners in the United States.
