Develop an NPC-sponsored national registry of patients denied medical treatments without consent.

A list will be voluntarily generated, of all patients in the United States and possessions who fit the criteria of medication previously effective having been reduced or stopped without medical reason and without consent. The list will include prescribers and/or pharmacists unethically and in some cases, illegal depriving painful disease patients the right to have their diseases controlled with proven opioid pain medications.
