Stop drug wholesaler’s (distributors) of controlled substances from rationing controlled substance deliveries to retail pharmacies unless designated in short supply by FDA

2. Prescription fill bills requiring all prescriptions be filled unless a stop order is filled, signed by both pharmacist and prescriber with reasons,

3. No distributor or wholesaler should short the supply to retail pharmacists when the medication is ordered without a court order from the FDA’s limited quality list.
