Create parameters for  new “Medical Rescue Practices” for physicians and nurse practitioners to restore medications improperly discontinued without patient consent.

 

     

1. Return prescriptive control to primary care providers through financial incentives and protections against unwarranted punitive actions.

2. An NPC sponsored “ Patient pain certificate” process will be developed.

3. An NPC Sponsored pain practitioner and pain pharmacist certificate will  be developed. 

4. Due to the high numbers, approximately 5 to 7 million patients need to be seen immediately, we may need to enlist the help of the United States public health service to set up government rescue clinics.
